White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cherries
1 lb. pineapple
1 lb. golden raisins
1 lb. shelled pecans
1/2 lb. citron
1 fresh coconut, grated
1 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
12 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Dice all fruit.
Cut up nuts. Add grated coconut. Dredge with 3 cups flour.
Cream the butter, sugar, eggs and flavoring.
Add remaining cup of flour.
Pour this batter over dredged fruit and nuts.
Mix thoroughly. Bake in oven about 275\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
