Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    touch of vinegar
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion lightly.
    Do not brown; drain fat. Remove from heat.
    Add rice and water and mix.
    Place 1/2 of cabbage into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Put rest of cabbage over meat.
    Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
