Whole Note Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

meat from 1 chicken
3 c. diced celery
1 c. diced sweet pepper
2 c. rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick or less oleo
1/2 c. diced onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
chopped pimentos (you can add for color if you want)
Preparation

Put celery, pepper and onion in melted oleo in a skillet.
Cook until almost done.
Cook 2 cups rice which will make 4 cups cooked rice.
Mix chicken, rice, soup and cooked items together.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
The last 10 minutes, put cheese on top; bake until melted and a little brown on top.
