Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw squash
    1/4 tsp. grated onion
    few grains pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine squash,
    onion, flour, pepper, sugar and salt.
    Beat eggs and add to squash.
    Add margarine.
    Drop by tablespoons on oiled griddle.
    Cook on both sides until golden brown.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 6 servings.
