Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. fresh pears, grated or chopped fine
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and add pears.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
No icing needed for this moist cake.
Great way to use up pears during pear season.
