Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef roast
    1 (8 oz.) jar pepperoncini (juice and all)
    2 pkg. dry Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot on low for 18 hours.
    Remove peppers.
    Use a fork and shred roast.
    Place in deep plate or bowl and pour juice over. Serve.
