Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. carnation milk
1/4 c. milk
4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over low to medium heat until mixture reaches 240 degrees on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Beat until fudge starts to thicken and turns dull.
Pour into buttered pie pan.
