Beat 'N Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, unbeaten
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in small deep bowl.
    Add boiling water. Beat to stiff peaks with eggbeater or electric beater.
    Spread between layers and on top and sides of 8-inch cake.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
