Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned (season to taste)
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken in buttered baking pan; place sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
    Serve over white rice.
