Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Remove paper from caramels.
    Follow instructions on cake mix box to mix.
    Pour half of batter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake this half for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
