Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 lb. sausage (any type)
    14 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk (optional)
    onions, diced (optional)
    chilies (optional)
    chives (optional)
    bell peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange bread cubes on bottom of dish.
    Brown sausage in skillet about 15 minutes. Drain and spread over bread cubes.
    Mix together the eggs, cheese, milk and other optional ingredients as desired.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
