Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cooked Swift's lean pork roast, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1 lb. 4 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, save syrup
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 large green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 medium tomato wedges
hot cooked rice
Preparation

In large skillet, combine pineapple syrup, water, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar and salt.
Mix until smooth.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer until clear and thickened.
Add pork and remaining ingredients.
Cook 5 minutes or until heated.
Serve over rice.
