Quick Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine baking mix, milk, eggs and dry mustard in bowl; mix well.
    Stir in cheese.
    Spoon into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Invert onto wire rack.
    Slice and serve warm.
