Mixed Raisin-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oat bran
    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In separate bowl, mix milk, egg, molasses and oil.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened (the mixture should be lumpy).
    Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with baking cups.
    Fill each 3/4 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
