Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup white grits
    3 1/2 cups boiling water
    1 t salt
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/3 cup minced onion
    2/3 small jar \"Cheez Whiz\"
    1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    2 T butter
    1/4 t red pepper
Preparation
    Cook grits in water & salt until thickening.
    Add rest of ingredients, stir well. Pour in greased 7x11 casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes, or until set.
