Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag Tater Tots
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. leaf marjoram
1 tsp. oregano
3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, deboned, remove skin and fat
3 slices thin ham
3 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place Tater Tots in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine margarine, garlic salt, marjoram and oregano.
Mix. Pour over 1/2 mixture on Tater Tots.
Take 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, debone, remove skin and fat.
Pound flat; on each flattened chicken breast, lay one slice thin ham, one slice cheese, roll up.
Put seam side down on Tater Tots.
Pour rest of herb butter over each chicken breast. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Uncover.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
Serves 6.
