Instant Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant potatoes (12 to 16 servings)
    minced onion
    1 carton cottage cheese
    1 carton sour cream
    Butter
    Paprika
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes as directed on package, except skimp on milk.
    Add onions, cottage cheese and sour cream.
    Mix well and place in baking dish.
    Put lots of butter and paprika on top. Bake until hot.
