Oatmeal Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. (heaping) baking powder
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1 c. oatmeal
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 to 1/2 c. applesauce (optional)
Preparation
    Blend the butter, eggs, bananas and honey.
    Add the yogurt and soda.
    Cream well.
    Add the flour and oats and mix.
    Fill 16 to 18 muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    These freeze well.
