Coconut Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Slightly beat eggs and melt margarine.
    Combine all ingredients and pour in an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
