Party Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (4 breasts) coarsely diced, cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. seedless white grapes
2 hard-cooked eggs, chilled and chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. halved or slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and salt; chill several hours.
Add celery, grapes, chopped eggs, mayonnaise and almonds; toss lightly.
Season salad with salt to taste.
Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
