Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water (ice)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening until texture of fine crumbs. Mix together egg, vinegar and water.
    Stir into flour mixture. (Do not beat; mix gently until all mixture is combined.)
    Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
