Jogger'S Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate (unsweetened)
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen grape juice concentrate (unsweetened)
    6 juice cans water
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Thaw juices and mix all ingredients.
    Drink 2 ounces daily.
