Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
oil for skillet
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Salt and pepper chops.
Brown in small amount of oil in hot skillet.
Place in shallow greased baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
