Tasty Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Beat egg with one teaspoon water.
Mix pecans to coat with egg and water mixture.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Add pecans to mixture.
Stir thoroughly.
Spread on large cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 60 minutes, stirring once.
