Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake, covered, for 15 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Drain.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch and basil. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Pour heated sauce over chicken; top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes, uncovered. Serve with noodles or spaghetti.
Serves 4.
