Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    2 medium onions, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1 c. hot water
    1 small bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Put one slice onion in bottom of slow cooker.
    Top with roast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Arrange remaining onions on roast and add water.
    Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until tender. Discard most of juices.
    Break pork into pieces, removing fat. Pour barbecue sauce over pork and stir.
    Let heat through, then serve over buns.
