Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Niblets Mexicorn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all and bake for 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
