Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
1 c. apple juice
3/4 c. chunky applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 c. oat bran
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 large apple, diced
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and put in nonstick muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
