Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt
    black pepper
    red pepper
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Clean cabbage and wilt in warm water.
    Mix all ingredients, except some of the sauce.
    Roll mixture into cabbage leaf tightly. Put in a pan.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce.
    Cover with foil. Bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
