John Wayne Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2/3 c. canned milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grate cheeses and add chilies in a bowl.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix together remaining ingredients and fold into egg whites.
Pour over cheese mixture; mix with a fork.
Pour into a greased round casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 8.
