Cheese Potato Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes (12 oz. total)
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potato wedges in a plastic bag; add cooking oil, cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Close bag and shake to coat. Arrange wedges in single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, turning once or twice.
