Breakfast Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
8 oz. can crescent rolls
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with rolls, pressing firmly to seal perforations.
Sprinkle on sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.
Heat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into squares for serving.
