Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 c. finely cut onions
1/3 c. finely cut celery
3 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Boil potatoes, onion, celery, salt, pepper and water about 20 minutes.
With hand masher, mash potatoes.
Add milk and butter.
