Corn Casseroleroswell, New Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 15 1/2 oz. can creamed corn
    1 15 1/2 oz. can whole corn w/liquid
    1 8 1/2 oz. cornbread mix (Jiffy box)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. grated cheddar cheese
    Sour cream
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 9 X 13 pan.
    Stir in both cans of corn and cornbread mix.
    Add eggs and stir with fork.
    Drop sour cream and cheese by spoonfuls on top, then fold in gently.
    (Optional:
    may add 1 can of chopped green chilies)
