Sinful Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate wafers, crushed
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. real chocolate bits
    5 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. Kahlua (or you may use vanilla or coffee)
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In blender, combine chocolate bits, egg yolks and Kahlua at medium speed.
    In saucepan, heat cream until it comes to a boil. With blender on low speed, pour hot cream into top of blender. Blend on high for 1 minute (the hot cream will melt the chocolate bits and cook the yolks).
    Pour mixture into pie shell and chill for 3 hours.
    Do not freeze.
    Very rich; will serve 12 easily.
