Jello Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 small pkg. lemon jello
juice of 1 lemon
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Cream first three ingredients together well.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Refrigerate until cold, not thick.
Pour into cheese and sugar mixture.
Add juice of lemon.
Stir in Cool Whip and mix lightly.
Pour lemon mixture into a graham cracker crust.
Top with cherry pie filling.
