Jewish Apple Cake(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium apples
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9-inch tube pan.
Slice apples and in separate bowl mix 4 teaspoons sugar and the cinnamon.
