Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. leaf spinach
    1 large minced onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    8 beaten eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach; squeeze dry.
    Cook onion and margarine.
    Stir in spinach; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Add salt, milk and margarine.
    Slowly add eggs while stirring.
    Blend in bread crumbs and cheese.
    Place spinach mixture in mold which has been lined with waxed paper.
    Top with a few crumbs.
    Bake about 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    If desired, serve topped with tiny cocktail tomatoes.
