Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries (ground)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 envelopes gelatin (unflavored)
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. Mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar; mix thoroughly to dissolve sugar.
Sprinkle gelatin over pineapple juice to soften.
Place over medium heat; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add to cranberry mixture; mix well.
Stir in fruits; fold in sour cream and Cool Whip.
