Zucchini Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 cans soup (mushroom, celery or onion soup)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain. Place 1/2 package herb stuffing in bottom of greased 12 x 9-inch baking pan. Cover with zucchini and onion mixture. Combine grated carrots, soup mixes and melted butter.
    Spread over top. Cover with sour cream.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
