Lo-Cal Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 tsp. Sucaryl
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    8 large peeled apples
    2 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. powdered milk
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place egg yolks, Sucaryl and next 4 ingredients in blender and blend 2 seconds.
    Add apples.
    Blend until fine.
    Pour into buttered pie plate.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Add remaining ingredients and process along with 1 teaspoon Sucaryl.
    Put meringue on pie, spreading to edges.
    Brown at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
    Serves 6, 155 calories per serving.
