Ice Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ice cream, softened (any flavor)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Prepare muffin pan or use liners. Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve hot with butter, jelly or honey.
