Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 medium zucchini, sliced
1 can peeled tomatoes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves
1/2 bay leaf
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place zucchini slices in bottom of 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Combine all other ingredients, except cheese; mix and pour over zucchini.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
