Pecan Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter (DO NOT USE MARGARINE)
    1 1/2 c. or 1 (7oz.) bag pecan halves
    1 c. dark brown sugar (packed)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/3 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, 1 cup dark brown sugar. Cut 1/2 cup butter into mixture till coarse and crumbly.
    Press into a 13x9-inch baking pan.
    Place pecans evenly over crumb mixture.
