Cabbage Baked With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small to medium head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pepper, if desired
Preparation
    Boil salt and cabbage for 10 minutes; drain well.
    Mix milk, oleo, cheese and flour; cook until butter and cheese is melted, stirring often.
    Pour over cabbage and bake 15 to 30 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
