Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    6 onion sandwich rolls
    6 tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Flake salmon with a fork; combine with the next 5 ingredients. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons reserved liquid, stirring until mixture sticks together.
    Shape into 6 patties and cook over medium heat in a sprayed skillet approximately 4 minutes on each side.
