Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O brand pistachio instant pudding (no milk)
    1 large can crushed pineapple plus juice
    1 small bottle maraschino cherries, halved
    1 generous c. chopped nuts
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients and put in a 13 x 8-inch dish; freeze for later use.
    Or prepare in a large bowl and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
