Apple Matzo Farfel Kugel * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 matzo, broken into pieces
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 large apples, peeled, pared and chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Soak matzo in water.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs with salt, sugar, butter and cinnamon.
    Add to matzo.
    Stir in nuts, apples and raisins.
    Put in greased Pyrex pan.*
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, until golden.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
