Parmesan Pork Chops With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 (1/2 thick) boneless pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. cooked apples
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine egg and milk; set aside. Combine flour and Parmesan cheese; set aside. Dip pork chops into egg mixture and sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour mixture. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown on both sides. Transfer to a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; top with cooked apples. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
