Paris Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or Kirsch
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
juice of 1 lemon
confectioners sugar
Preparation
-
Melt butter in 10-inch glass pie pan in 400\u00b0 oven.
Mix next 6 ingredients and pour into pie plate.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
Serve with syrup or jam.
